·         Ancestors  – careful getting on top of your block

·         John Carter – great singing!! I noticed this through the whole show! Yay!

·         Cast- Good exit!

Hannah – Try not to adjust your hood

-          Stay still behind the screen while you are waiting to say “cock-a-doodle-do”

-          “Cock-a-doodle-do” needs to be louder

Good job Drew! You have made great progress on your projection! Keep up the good work!

HONOR TO US ALL

Ancestors- diction– bigger “K” on stucK and lucK, for example

-FA Li  and Grandma – project!!  Mics help, but you still need to project for the mic to pick you up

- need to adjust sound levels on this number

- Run Mulan costume change before rehearsal

Aimey needs a big mole

Haley – don’t look at us while you are  on stage – trust yourself that you are doing a great job!  You are awesome!

Cast – shake heads, pretend to talk about Mulan, etc. when you exit after Mulan/Matchmaker scene

REFLECTION

-Clearer diction – I can’t understand all of the words

Drew- you have more time to deliver this line – don’t rush through it

Ancestors – good reactions to Mulan stopping her father – you all have great reactions through out the show!  Yay!!

Fa Family and Ancestors - Said “Mulan!” too early – that is a music cue, so be sure not to rush it

Hannah –looking down pgs. 48-49 – hood trouble – stop adjusting hood

Pg. 51 – you cannot react anymore to voice crack, trips, motions, words, etc.  KEEP GOING!!!  Trust yourself – you’ve got this!

Ethan – energy pg. 52

·         Step together on the steady beat – are you supposed to be marching on the same feet through out?

·         Music level needs to come up on this one

·         Soldiers – sing in your own octave – many girls are singing too low!

·         Review before run through, if time

Soldiers/Huns/Shan-Yu/Shang - Don’t pick swords up by the blade
