Tech notes

Tech Notes-
When you arrive at 1pm on Monday we will direct you to your dressing room. You may also change in the bathroom.
Trisha Moses Starnes and Alicia Decker Pauzauskie will be doing make-up on mostly the main characters
-After you get into costume-you may sit in the theatre quietly as John and I will be working notes.
-Bethanie or Kerri will be in the Smaller children's Dressing room to help the smaller kids get into costume
-We want the cast ready by 1:45 in costume to work things on stage and go over songs until 3pm
-We will run the show at 3pm-4:15pm and then give notes and get out of costumes until 5pm
-Stay out of any dressing room you are not assigned to
-Do not play with any prop that is not yours
-Use the downstage bathroom to go number 2-do not use the backstage bathroom-that is for number 1 only!
-If you are older and comfortable doing your own hair and make-up that is fine
-every small child in the chorus has an assigned seat backstage to sit in. Ethan Logan will be in charge backstage with Kerri and Bethanie Muehl Frank
-Wednesday we run the show twice and it is photo night for parents!
-No saving seats by cast members or parents during the run of the show-first come-first seat-it's free so get there early
Kerri Hurley will contact those parents who volunteered to usher.
-No phones-I-pads or computer games backstage-if we see you on your phone we will take it until rehearsal is over
-Do not bring valuables/money to rehearsal tech
-We do not supply towels-you may want to bring your own
-If you want to change into costume in private-just use the dressing room
-Make sure to have good hygiene and shower and smell good when you come to tech-lots of deodorant-you will sweat under those hot lights
-no food or drink in costume-only water!
-Check your props before we start and set them where you can find them
-We will need to run Makenna's changes before the run
-We will put on wireless mics on actors at 2:30=
