TECH WEEK NOTES-PARENTS
PLEASE READ
· Please have your
child at rehearsal on time for tech week. If you are going to be late please
notify me.
· Make sure you
apply basic street make-up to all girls in cast BEFORE you come to rehearsal. (Except Rifiki). (Base, eye liner)
This will help us out immensely. We will post instructions soon on make-up.
· Make sure your
child powders and wears plenty of deodorant
before they come as they will sweat in these costumes.
· We have a cue to
cue at 1pm on Saturday the 22. It should be over by 3:30pm
· Remember our rehearsals
move to the night July 24-25 at 5pm-9pm.
Those working Puppets will still need to come in from 1-3pm Monday and Tuesday.
WE will let you know who this is.
· PLEASE no parents backstage during tech and
performances.
· PLEASE no offering DIRECTION of the show during photo
night Tuesday July 25th (LAST DRESS) at 7pm. Parents are invited to
take photo’s but no VIDEO.
