Friday Notes

CAST/Parents-Notes for Monday Night
-NO MORE DAY REHEARSAL! Call on Monday is 5pm.
-Call is 5pm-Please do NOT be late-we have a small window to work things before the show and we need everyone in Studio Theatre by 5pm
-Please DO NOT enter through Studio Theatre Doors-Enter through Building 6 PACE classrooms door(Close to Building 8)But its right down from Studio Theatre entrance to the right if you were walking out of Studio Theatre-Call me if you don't know where that is 918-697-8825
-Please tell your child to wear extra deodorant/powder and powder or spray for their feet or shoes. They are wearing very heavy character costumes and will sweat a lot-Remember to shower daily after the show! There are many of you sharing a dressing room!!!
-No food or other drinks besides water-They cannot eat or drink in costume.
-MAKE SURE YOUR CHILD BRING BOTTLED WATER WITH THEIR NAME ON THEIR WATER-NO SNACKS!!!
-No parents backstage BEFORE the show/DURING the show or AFTER the show-If you need to see your child contact me for emergencies.
-Buy tickets EARLY-we will sell out EVERY show!!
-Photo night for parents is Tuesday night-Parents can come takes picture and will be let into the theatre at 6:45pm and no earlier-(PARENTS ONLY_PLEASE DO NOT BRING EXTR FAMILY MEMBERS-THIS IS NOT A SHOW BUT PHOTO NIGHT)
-NO VIDEOTAPING WHATSOEVER!!!! IT'S ILLEGAL TO VIDEO TAPE THIS PRODUCTION.
-Rehearsal Monday and Tuesday night will go to 9pm-Pick up CAN Be in front of Studio Theatre-Please be on time to pick up your child!!!
-On show nights the doors open at 6:30pm and seating is General admission-No photo's are to be taken during show nights and matinee's.
-Parents PLEASE HELP PROMOTE THE SHOW on Social Media (Facebook/Instagram/Twitter/etc.....) Thank you-!!!!!

Joey-Hannah-pick up cues and pace with your scene!!!
Joey-you got laughs during the wedding scene because you made Farquaad a pouty little baby-TRUST ME when I tell you to play him bigger because it works!!! Keeep going farther-Good job-keep it up!!!
